What is The Clover Crate? 

The Clover Crate is a Theme Box shop for book lovers!  We will offer several boxes with a specific theme for each one and OFFICIAL LICENSED PRODUCTS or inspired by  NA/YA Fantasy novels.

What can I expect in the box ?

Each box will have 3-5 exclusive goodies such as Mugs, Tote bags, Artwork prints, pins, bookmarks…

How can I order the box ?

You can pick and choose the theme box you are interested in and make one time payment, as this is not a subscription box. Please note that we’re offering limited quantities so if the boxes sell out you may miss a chance to buy one.

What do you mean by theme box ?

Each month, we will announce a theme for the upcoming box, which will give you a hint about the series or book it will be related to. The items in the box will be focused on the characters, the quotes and universe of the said theme.

Will you reveal some items before the sale ?

We will post some hints on social media and will reveal one item included in the box before the preorder.

I don’t want to miss a chance to buy the box. How can I be informed without being connected 24/7 ?

Whenever we plan to sell our box we will make announcements about the preoder date through our website, newsletter and Instagram, so we recommend you to follow our accounts and subscribe to our newsletter. Please note that we will have a limited number of boxes for each theme. Which means that once we sell out we will not be able to restock.

Can I buy ont item only ?

For now, we don’t offer a single item purchase. However it may be possible in the future. To keep you informed don’t hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter.

I would like to become a supplier for your boxes, How can I contact you ?

You can fill out the Supplier form available here. We will reply to your request as soon as possible.

As a social media influencer I would like to be REP. How can I submit my application ?

We thank you for your interest in our Boxes! We will indeed be looking for REP every 2 months. Any Influencer on Instagram / Tik tok / Youtube is invited to fill out our form in order to send us all the information needed.

PRICING, PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING
How much does your Exclusive Box cost ?

The prices will depend on the theme and the items included in our box.

How can I pay ?

We accept payments through Stripes with all credit cards and debit cards ( Visa, Visa debit, Mastercard, Mastercard debit, Mastercard prepaid and American express).

What is the shipping price ?

The shipping fee will depend on your country of residence. The Shipping price will be calculated at the checkout step once you enter your shipping address

Do you ship to my country ?

We will ship our boxes internationally however some countries might not be avaible in our shipping list of countries. You can only find out at the checkout step once you enter your shipping address.

Do I get a TRACK number for my box ?

Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number once the shipping begins.

Can I change my shipping adress ?

In order to change your shipping address before the label is printed, you need to send us an email through our customer support.

When can I expect to receive my box ?

We aim to ship the box 1 or 2 months after the pre-order. We will ship according to the shipping information provided on the Box description.

The shipping time depends on where the box is being shipped to within the EU, it should take around 3 or 5 days after shipping. If you are outside of the EU, it can take 1-4 weeks. We will have a shipping update page to keep you updated in real time.

I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund ?

Yes, as long as you cancel your order before the shipment, we can refund your box .

I didn’t receive my tracking number

You need to check your Spam/Promotions folder first. If the tracking number isn’t there we can send you an another email with your tracking number. To do so, please contact our Customer support service.

When I opened box I noticed that an item was missing. Can you send it to me ?

We are sorry for the inconvenience ! Please contact our Customer support service with all your informations and we will send you the missig item.

One of my items arrived damaged, what do I do?

If one of your items is damaged you can contact our Customer support to file a claim within 14 days of reception of the box. We will need photos of the damaged item with the print label next to the damaged item. We will review your case but if your box packaging is damaged but the items are okay there’s nothing we can do.
